True colors of employees come at the end of a business day. 
Turned in a car a little before close of business and was treated like I was an absolute nuisance. 

Being a frequent user of Enterprise, I give them the award for speed, because they got me out of there very quickly. However, in doing so this location lost business. I wanted to talk about the agreement, schedule my next rental agreement, and talk about how to move forward in the future. It seemed that no one cared enough to hear future opportunity (money), instead everyone seemed very compassionate about getting off work. This kind of behavior costs money. I mentioned lost business - mine plus about nine other frequent renters (frequent = 30 days per person per year).

I hope that this review is found informative and constructive and leadership takes this location from the first level of leadership to the second; where employees care about the business, rather than caring about when the second hand crosses the minute hand at the top of an hour.

The location in South Charleston WV is a very friendly and professional organization . I have never had a issue with them . The cars I have rented are very clean and smoke free . And if I need to be dropped off they do it and a instant. Very very good staff !

Nat is by far the greatest agent i have ever had!!! I have rented lots of car over the years, he hands down is an absolute gem. Not only is he professional and courteous, he also goes out of his way to check on you while your gone. He def goes above and beyond with his customer service.  He has even greeted me a the door with a smile. I work with the public as well and to receive service like this just really makes my day. I highly recommend Nat to anyone that rents a car from them,

Most friendly and honest staff I have ever seen.  I left my check book and 50$ in the rental car and they tracked it down for me and kept it till I was able to pick up. Great crew.
