Called the 800# to set up a reservation but was NOT told the "special price" for Compact & Economy class included the caveat that the pickup facility had the right to give you whatever vehicle they had available, meaning they could choose whatever vehicle they wanted. It was a bit of a surprise when told it would be a Ram 1500 Pickup that I  would be renting when I requested Compact or Economy, for the same low price.  This may not be an issue for some, but I was looking for a fuel efficient vehicle as opposed to a pickup truck since I had many mile to travel. When the two fine gentlemen attempted to fix the issue and after some coaxing and pleading, I was offered a smaller vehicle that was just returned, after they washed it, of course.  Upon entry to the smaller vehicle, it reeked of cigarette smoke.  After more discussions, oddly, they found an SUV that was ready to go.  One thing I did not think would be an issue upon entry to the SUV was the fact that they neglected to give me the key fob.  I only received one key.  At my first stop, about 60 miles away, on my 8 day rental time frame, I locked the vehicle.  Upon re-entry with the key, no fob, the alarm sounded until I put the key in the ignition.  Can you say "Annoying?"  Yes, each time I entered the locked vehicle for the next 8 days, the alarm sounded.  Please take away what you will from this experience.  There are many lessons.

Having my first opportunity to visit Charleston WV and the Yeager Airport, I appreciate the pleasant and professional assistance of Glenn Self, III to assist me with my pickup/rental of my vehicle. The vehicle was clean and perfect for my needs.  Upon return of my vehicle to the airport Sunday afternoon, June 11th, I was greeted by another staff member who was very pleasant and efficient in processing my vehicle return.  I apologize that I did not get his name.  So great when a company has Customer Service as a true focus!!

We we're lucky enough to have Mollie working when we arrived. She went way above and beyond to take care of us. When we arrived there was no cars available and our vehicle broke down on our way to SC. She drive us to another locating 30 min away to the airport Enterprise to rent a vehicle and saved our vacation. Thanks again, highly recommend this location. Mollie to the rescue.

We are a small business (Trucks, Inc.) in Charleston, WV and use Enterprise for our travel to and from customer locations. What we love is the convenience of the locations near most of the places we go. If you even have an interest in purchasing a vehicle for your personal use, you can rent a late model to see what you think of most makes and models. We are satisfied customers of 20+ years and look forward to many more.
