Charles was nice but the other guy there is rude, mouthy and unhelpful!! I asked for a copy of my bill and he said when he got time.. I didn't get it and had to call back several times to get the correct bill! Very frustrating when you're trying to settle an insurance claim!

I have rented from this office twice now, and I have been happy both times. The workers are nice and very helpful and know what they are doing.

They were so accommodating that we actually rented from them twice. The first time, they didn't have a vehicle that we had reserved so we were given a discount. The second time, they were aware of a loved one having health issues and they were kind and concerned and were able to give us a better rate. We will always use Enterprise because they are kind and they don't lie. We've dealt with other rentals in other cities and were always caught with hidden charges and less than accommodating personnel.
