Rented from this location for the first time. Highly recommend. Caleb did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable with my car choice. Also, Caleb showed great customer service and care. I hope Enterprise realizes what are superb employee they have with Caleb. I also hope corporate HQ takes notice. Future leaders in the service industry can be tough to identify. You have a future leader with Caleb at this location.

I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! The online site was easy to use. I spoke on the phone to an agent 2 separate times and both times they were very professional and courteous. When entering the office I was greeted by everyone there and was quickly put into my rental car. Returning the car was also easy. Everything about the experience was efficient and friendly!

Smooth process Anah picked me up from the car dealership and processed my rental. The ease of this process was needed after a stressful day of car trouble.

Completely unprofessional service on the phone, and low and behold when I come talk to straighten it out the issue in person, this is the "professional" I have to deal with. Unbelievable.
