Once I knew I would need to rental car, there was no thought on where to go. I've used Enterprise in the past and knew that they were the best option for me.  I get my senior and USAA discounts with them.  I've never experienced any problems with their customer service and/or vehicles.  I trust them to do what they say they'll do.  Getting the vehicle and returning it was a breeze....no problems at all.  Continue to do a great job Enterprise!!!!!

I have had the most wonderful experience dealing with Brad Corral at the office located at 6541 E. Independence Hwy. He is funny, polite, courteous shows the utmost respect for his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure their rentals are going well. I have been leasing from his location since 4/5/2017 (6mos). He always makes sure Everything goes smoothly. I wish there were more customer service oriented guys like him.
He is the BEST!!!!

I rent from this location almost weekly.  They are always courteous, (especially Brad, who always greets me by name) asks if their customer service was excellent and have my reserved vehicle ready to go.  I'm in and out quickly. If there is ever a minor glitch, they make it right. My preferred rental car company as I like to patronize family owned businesses.

They first told us they didn’t have the staff to pick us up! Isn’t that their slogan?  They eventually did pick us up. Then the car we received had expired plates. We returned the car to a different location where they told us to contact the original location and they should adjust our charge. The staff where we returned the car showed us the computer screen where they had noted to not close the ticket without talking to us. When I called the original location to see if they would adjust our charge they said the ticket was closed and there was nothing they could do at that point. I called the national office who said they would forward the information to the regional manager. No one ever called us back
