I have rented motorhomes from them on two occasions. Both times I had good service, and the motorhomes both were clean, low mileage units. Everything worked perfectly, and my trips were great fun. I will definitely rent from them whenever I need an RV.  I would give them more than five stars if that were possible.

Awesome experience! Bonnie, Brian and Jennifer knocked it out of the park with their customer service. I must have called with at least 100 questions before making a final decision. Through out those calls, there was never a hint of frustration from anyone when answering question after question. We ended up rented a 24' Winnebago and had a great trip! They take their time and fully explain everything you need to know before leaving the property. Thomas RV Rentals will be our go-to place for all future RV rentals. Five Stars!

Very family friendly!  Treated us like family.  Brian was very helpful with telling us about the RV and what to expect.  For our first time renting a 34 foot RV, Thomas RV gave us a great vacation!   They were also punctual on refunding our security deposit. We will definitely use them again.

Working with the staff was extremely easy, and they were able to handle many of my extra requests such as pickup and delivery to the campground past Hickory. The Toy Hauler was in great condition, and served all our needs for a week-long outing. Thanks!
