A++. Just turned in my car and had the best experience ever. This staff is very polite and professional. They picked me up, upgraded my vehicle without asking, filled it with gas, washed it inside and out and off I went. I returned it a day late and it only cost me $1.00. Unheard of customer service for these days. What a great way to run a business. Thanks.

The parking lot is REALLY small, which can be a challenge when they are busy, but the staff at this location is outstanding.  I've rented from them several times and they have always taken great care of me.

Only gonna write the cons because the pros are a given when it comes to rental car companies. The parking lot is extremely SMALL which makes it hard to get in and out... People have parked at the collision shop next door just to not enter the commotion. Another issue is that they give the car to you WET which means you really can't do a thorough inspection and lastly,  they are extremely SLOW. They have ONE worker working on a BUSY Saturday !

I had a great experience here today.  All of the associates at this location were professional and courteous.  I needed to return my rental at this location (a different location than where I rented) and they accommodated and made it super easy for me.  I also needed a ride to a service center nearby to pick up my car and they accommodated making it easy for me again.  Jaseon drove me and made sure I was at the right service center, handled all of my benign chatter, and assisted with transferring items I had in the rental car (car seats and bags).  He was patient, and helpful, and so courteous the entire time!  I would recommend this location for sure.  Top notch service!  Top notch team as everyone with whom I interacted there today (phone and in person) was fabulous!

PLEASE READ; AND AVOID

I've had a lot of my own bad experiences before.. but never have I ever had an experience like what I had here.

I've only had a few run-ins where I needed a rental car, and typically they were all okay experiences.. but that was in and around Wilmington.

This time... not so much. 

We got a junk car. A really junk car. The car had maintenance lights all over the dashboard, the driver's seat was broken, and we only got half a tank of gas to start.

They also didn't tell us when we needed to bring it back, so they tried charging us a late fee when we dropped it off an hour later. We rented it for 4 days and said we'd drop it off on the way to the airport so there wouldn't be an issue. We got an "okay" when we initially picked up the car, then that. So that was fun. We almost missed our flight arguing with them.

And to top it all off they filled out the survey for us, giving themselves a perfect score. I.e. We didn't fill out our own survey. So thanks, y'all. We won't be using this company anymore, especially in Charlotte.
