Excellent service!!!  Chris, Cameron, Ty and everyone we dealt with were kind, professional, and always courteous even though our circumstances were out of the ordinary and required several changes to our "return date" for our rental.  They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and came to pick us up.  Our experience with this Enterprise office was a great one and made an otherwise daunting situation manageable and even enjoyable.  Great bunch and we highly recommend them

Reservation booked through the insurance company. They called me on the day prior to pickup at 1852 to speak with me regarding my rental. Nothing about it being urgent. 
Dropped off my car at the body shop and called for them to pick me up. The phone rang for over 15 minutes so I decided to drive down to the location. 
Had to wait in line as there is only one person working. When it got to my turn the message was just they did not have any vehicles. Come back tomorrow. Could they guarantee a car tomorrow? No
The issue comes down to do not take a reservation if you do not have vehicles.

The customer service at this location is terrific!  I truly appreciate all the time and effort the staff  put in to make my experience so easy.

I actually messed up my own reservation, reserving the car a day later than I meant to.  They worked with me and even though the upgrade cost a little more, the cost was well  worth not having to alter my plans.

Very good place to rent a car.  My vehicle broke down. They even came and got me. Really a great place.
