Horrible service when calling to see about returning a rental car. Put on hold for 2 minutes both times. Still haven't received the receipt acknowledging the return and the rental being closed out. EVEN THOUGH SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS EMAILING IT TO ME! Located corporate via Google online and sent in an email letting them know I'll be filing formal complaint.
  They care more about your spending your money than returning the car! Psh! Never again will I ever rent from here. Train your employees better with less attitude and more service.

The people at the office are extremely friendly and helpful.  The car was nice.  The only complaint that I had was there was no manual in the glove compartment, which is helpful to get familiar with a vehicle before a trip and if something did go wrong you have a reference, I was told people take them and keep them.  Maybe you should order a new one and inventory it and charge people if they take it.

Service here is exceptional - and that's by Enterprise standards, which IMHO are pretty high to begin with.

I would give them a five, but there was one thing that could actually have used improvement.  My agent gave me great and friendly service, but he forgot to send me confirmation of my contract details, which included such important details as the complete package of insurance that I purchased, so I called the second day and another agent sent a pdf of the contract to me by email.   I'm sure it was a simple oversight by the agent, and other than that, the service was excellent.
