I would have given this location 5 stars for the fantastic customer service at pick up, however I am now giving ZERO STARS for the terrible customer service today. I accidentally left my Belkin car charger, which had a silver nylon-braided adapter cord attached to it, in the rental along with my garage door opener. My husband left a message with the location it was dropped off at. Today, a bald male employee with a foreign accent proceeded to inform me that my belongings were placed in a bag, mixed in with every other person's who left things in their rental. He stated that I could just pick out my things from the bag when I returned to Enterprise. My husband went to the location and the charger was gone. The employee told my husband that he could just pick out a different one from the ones they had available. I can't believe that your employee would just offer him someone else's property! Not to mention that someone else now has our garage door opener, and now I have someone else's that looks identical to mine-Talk about a breach of security! Separating personal belongings and notating what vehicle they were left in would have avoided this situation. I will NEVER rent from this location again.

I have rented 5 to 6 times in the last 2 years. Friendly service always. Parking lot sucks, but that is not an issue. Cars have always been great.
Last 2 cars have been new, because of the low mileage and new car smell.
These crowd always goes above and beyond their job to make you happy.
I rented a standard and got a free upgraded to SUV, so they didn't have to make me wait on my reserved car. These thing do happen.
And you get rewarded when you are understanding and don't get upset and feel you have been wronged. 
Will continue to rent from this location in the future.

This is the second time Enterprise has come through for me!  In Boston last summer they were able to get me into a truck with no major credit card.  Just last weekend were supposed to get a mini van for a soccer tournament out of town, and they upgraded us to a Tahoe, at no charge.  The people that work for Enterprise are problem solvers not like at Avis, where they seem to deliberately put obstacles in your path.  I will be an Enterprise customer from now on!

The staff was friendly and competent.  My rental was handled quickly.  The only downside was the car was dirty and smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and body odor.  I think they need to take that particular car out of the fleet and burn it.  I'm sure that they would have gladly given me a different car if I could have made to time to get up there and gone through the process.  My only complaint is that it should have never been rented in the first place.

Great "pick you up" service. The staff was  very friendly and courteous. My reservation was done online and it only took about 5 minutes to get my paperwork filled and out and the keys to my rental car and I was on my way!
