Staff was super friendly and beyond helpful from the start of my online reservation to the time I returned the car. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed and done so without rushing, best customer service experience I have ever had, they didn't just make small talk to pass the time and it showed when I returned with the car and Sterling asked me immediately how my son did at his meet. Thank you enterprise for such a great experience and I will definitely be using you again for all our rent a car needs.

I like renting from enterprise. This place had a very nice staff but man are they high these days. They did upgrade me to a pickup though, so that basically made up the difference.

First of all, I had reserved a Full-Size car.  The first car they tried to give me was a Toyota Corolla which in reality is a Compact car.  They told me that they had another car out getting an oil change and would be back very soon if I wanted to wait for it.  That one turned out to be a Hyundai Sonata which is technically a Mid-Size car.  I was assured that Enterprise classified it as a full-size, so I accepted it even though I wasn't very happy about it.  This is more of a complaint about Enterprise in general (or probably all car rental companies), not just specifically this location.  

Then when I got the car home and started loading luggage into it for our vacation, my 2-year-old son picked up an unidentified pill off the floor of the backseat area and thankfully handed it to me instead of sticking it in his mouth.  I was very shocked by that situation, I would expect their cars to be cleaner than that.  The pill wasn't crammed down in the seat cushion or anything, it was just sitting there out in the open.  I made sure to tell the Enterprise employee about that event when I returned the vehicle a few days later.  He did his best to rectify the situation and ended up refunding about half of the rental cost.  (I had previously selected to use reward points to pay for about half of the rental and he said he could not refund the points back to my account.  So he refunded 100% of the balance of what was left after using the points.)

I called Enterprise on 9/7/17 about 9 am because my truck broke down the previous day, the answering service told me to ask about their weekend rates so I did, the lady who answered told me about a weekend rate of $9.00 and some change a day, so I thought I was set for the weekend, when I called back at 2:00 PM the same day they told me that they do not do weekends specials, after I had already planned for it. Thanks Enterprise.

Edit - I rented the car on Friday at 3 PM, I was told I had to have it back by 3 PM Saturday to avoid getting charged another day. Luckily I didn't need it until 3 and took it back early and while waiting I saw that they close at 12 noon on Sat. I asked about that and the clerk checking me out confirmed that I would have been charged for another day had I not had it back by noon. That I would have raised Cain over, I was verbally told 3 PM. I do feel my 1 star is a bit harsh so I will change it o 3, my weekend wasn't ruined and the staff was very friendly, just a couple of them need to study the policy a little more.
