Not as nice as the Olive location but still good. Most trainers I've dealt with have been good experiences except for one. Didn't really care for him calling people on the machines lazy. What's lazy about getting out of the house and going to a gym? On top of that he kept trying to push me to upgrade my PT plan. I'm already satisfied with what I have. -1 just for that headache.

its an okay gym, you can get a decent workout in, but usually it's a sub-optimal one since its packed there almost all day. I used to go around 6pm, it was always packed then but lately its been ridiculously packed. More and more people have signed up there so now I have to go early in the morning unless I want to have a slow workout and park 100 yards away from the entrance because the parking lot is so full.

The equipment is okay and place is good for work outs. The place is always clean when i'm there.

Dustin here at EOS fitness hooked us up for a 7 day pass for my friend who just came into town!! Great facility, I love the service here!

Poor customer service! I signed up for the gym by mistake. I first signed up for a free week of trying the place out but they CONVIENIENLY couldn't find me in the system so an employee started talking to me and trying to sign me up after I told him I JUST came for the free week to try it out first, regrettably, I signed up. He said the annual MEMBERSHIP FEE of $40 comes out the first bill because many customers were concerned and wondered about it months down when it used to come out the bill after 6 months. No! The reason it comes out the FIRST bill is because PEOPLE ARE NOT LIKELY TO STAY AFTER 6 MONTHS! I signed up for personal training(another mistake) and she (the specialist, NOT EXPERT, who apparently knows little to nothing about true fitness) completely yelled at me the ENTIRE period of our session. I get you have to do things a certain way while excersizing, BUT have patience. She neglected me the after a while and told me to go on this stair machine for 40 minutes, (not because she cares.. She had other clients) after I got off she did nothing but ignore me. I tried and tried to speak to her because she said she would give me the meal plans after our session, which was PROMISED as part of the contract. She declined because she was TOO BUSY and went on with her other clients.. THANK GOD! I had this feeling in my gut I still had time to cancel the "Personal training" and get a FULL REFUND, so I did. *BTW IF YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP and/or "PERSONAL TRAINING" you can CANCLE within the first 5 DAYS!! DO IT ASAP IF YOU FEEL IN YOUR GUT YOU SHOULD HAVE NO PARTS IN THIS COMPANY.. AND GET IT IN WRITING! Hopefully all who read this RECONSIDER their options when choosing a gym. This gym is a JOKE. Manipulative, fake, scam, evil joke! DONT DO IT!
