We had that surprise no homeowner looks forward to and that is, a wet basement from the inside. We called Mattioni's on Monday morning and had a working water heater by noon. They found some serious issues and corrected them at a reasonable price. Rob and his crew were friendly, professional and kept our house spotless. From the young lady who answered my call to Barb the dispatcher and Rob and his helper, it was fast, clean and easy for me. Great experience. The silver lining in my temporary dark cloud.

Mattioni Plumbing is down right wonderful, with a capital W!!  Paul the technician was professional from beginning to end.  Incredibly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a quick and very satisfying  way, thank you Paul for being great!  In addition, you have to give credit to the intake team at Mattioni, they were just as awesome!  They were pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel right from the beginning that Mattioni was the right place to go.  I highly recommend them if you are looking for someone who cares about your home like you do; they are that good!!

Paul Mento of Mattioni Plumbing recently provided service to us for two problems. One was a straightforward sink repair in our Master Bedroom that was an easy fix. The other, however, was much more difficult.....a slow-draining kitchen sink that had been bothersome for a long time, with prior attempts to cure it providing only temporary relief. Paul used his experience, persistence and ingenuity to clear the clog, and the sink now drains as well as it did twenty years ago, when the house was new.
In the past, Paul also serviced our gas fireplace. We were dissatisfied with its performance since the home was built, and neither the builder nor the manufacturer provided any satisfaction; each made minor adjustments and told us that was all that could be done. Paul went over the unit thoroughly, cleaned it, replaced a couple of small parts, and spent a lot of time making various adjustments. The result was a fireplace that performed to our expectations, and continues to do so many years later.
Paul is knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and professional, and we are very pleased with his work.

Mattioni Plumbing & Heating served me well in replacing the gas-fired furnace in our 15 year old home.  The unit replaced had never been serviced other than my changing the air filters, so I had no prior experience with using a Heating  service Company. I selected them because I prefer to deal with local 'family' run businesses, and I am glad I found Mattioni.  The service crew of Shawn B Jonathan M and Will were on time and pleasant to work with.  Their experience in doing this kind of work was very evident and reassuring.  They had the job completed in just a few hours and the unit has been running great without any issues.
My thanks for a job well done!

Terry has done a bunch of work for us in multiple houses at this point and is always professional. He gets it done right the first time and does not delay. Everything is always completed in a timely manner. In my opinion, he is the best of the best! Thank you for all your help as always!
