All 3 of the technicians that were at my house today were knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. What we needed done ended up being worse than what was originally thought and Zack Shoemaker got on the phone and had the other 2 technicians come out and help finish the job. They kept my husband and I informed through the whole process. We will definitely be using their services again!

We chose Horizon from the 3 companies that provided us estimates for furnace and AC replacement.  Not only was Horizon the least expensive of the 3, they were more thorough and provided all the details and suggestions in writing.  They handled all the minutia of obtaining township permits, chimney inspection, financing options etc. Horizon's servicemen were on-time on the day of the servicing, and were friendly, considerate and professional. The charges were what they said they would be.  They did a great job of cleaning up. I would recommend Horizon to anyone needing furnace or AC replacement.

Horizon is the epitome of truth in advertising. Everything that is stated/promised in radio/print/web ads is 100% true. When I call for service I am given available days and times immediately. The technicians are always on time. I am walked through the quote and the estimate doesn’t change. When my neighbors ask who I use for service, I proudly rave about the service that has been provided to my family for three plus years.

Horizon services was a very professional, harder working team. They came to check out my poorly running heater. Next day sent out a team to replace the whole unit. The whole process was done quickly and painlessly. Clean up was remarkable. The team was very pleasant and hard working. Nice guys. Reliable service.

I had the most wonderful technician, Bernard Lee in our home today. He was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. He let me know that we should leave our fan on "auto" during the summer and we can leave it on "circulate" during the winter. No one ever told me that before. He explained how our 10 year old  heater is doing point by point. I will definitely request Bernard again. Very happy I got our heater a tune up today.
