I went into Auto Star to speak with the general manager about sponsorship for our local high school's Booster Club.  Joe greeted me in a kind, efficient, and professional manner. He listened and asked questions. I was treated as a customer and not as someone coming in to ask for a donation.  I am so grateful for his professionalism and service - I already love my Nissan Rogue, but Joe and John Wellborn made me a lifetime customer of Auto Star by treating me with kindness without any anticipation of a sale. I couldn't be more grateful.

A few weekends ago we found ourselves going to Boone to check out a Subaru Crosstrek they had for sale.  Kevin made sure we had a hassle free experience and gave us a great trade-in value on our Jeep!  He's a straight shooter and went above and beyond with Jeff to make sure we got a great value.  He wasn't pushy and they went above and beyond our experience we have in North Carolina.  We've bought 3 of our last cars over the mountain (we're from TN) and this is the first time a dealer actually took care of everything on the TN side including the different tax rate, registration, etc.  Usually we're doing the leg work but Kevin made sure we were taken care of.  Great guy and we look forward to coming back some day for our next car!

Absolutely the warmest, most  considerate,  Family of people that treated us with respect and listened to our exact wants,  bless them all with a very warm thank-you to each and everyone of that family. They have continued over the years to be very helpful.

My wife and I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram Express from Autostar Nissan of Boone. To be honest we have had many bad experiences in the past with other dealers, but this experience was very positive and speaks volumes for the employees working at this dealer. Kevin Dutton was our salesman and was very straight forward and enthusiastic about his work, while not pressuring us at all. He made sure we were comfortable and truly addressed all of our concerns through every step of the process. When it came time to work a deal, Ben Ferris went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal for our trade and interest for our new loan. For quite a while it seemed the RAM may have been out of our reach, but he went to bat and pulled off some real magic. Long story short: These guys are amazing and quickly cut through the usual sales garbage, which provides their customers a very honest and straight forward sales experience. I would definitely recommend these guys and will do business with in the future if the need arises!
