Brett Rouse assisted me throughout my trade in process. He was straight to the point and didn't give me any run around I would give him 5 stars the only reason I voted 4 stars is when I originally called the woman who set my appointment up scheduled my appointment at the wrong store and told me the truck I was looking to buy was at the store when it wasn't luckily Brett stepped up and immediately went to the other store and brought the truck to the store for me. All in all great overall experience and would definitely recommend Brett to anyone

Never go to a car dealership with your hot sister.  I was the one buying a car, but I couldn't get Brett the salesmen to look at me long enough to help me.  He was too busy flirting.  So we went across the way to Mike Johnson's and got taken care of by a female sales person who could maintain eye contact with women from the neck up.

Sales man (Brett) was great very professional  as far as the store it's self very disappointed we got their at 1130 after done making the deal on the phone day before we sat their till 6 waiting on signing papers sales man apologized  numerous times for the wait manager never came to talk to us to find out anything that was going on and after waiting till 6 we was told the one that does the contracts has left never let us know or anything then we had to be taken to everitt chevrolet to get our contract filled out and then back car lot to get our truck finally left around 730 had to take truck back because windshield was cracked again Brett  picked it up on his day off and brought it back left message for manager to call us and havnt heard from him yet as far as the sales department outstanding service thank you Brett as far as management I'll deal with some other place in the future

This is a great dealership. We went with the intention of test driving a car we saw online.  Gary McGill came out to assist us in looking at the car inside and out.  He was very informative and friendly.  He assisted us in walking away with a new car.  The process was very easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone else that is in the process of buying a new car.

My vehicle was totaled 2 weeks ago today. A man ran a stop sign and t-boned my 2010 Camry. I was planning to search for a vehicle with third row seating, anyway, but I was hoping to have the Camry as a backup. Long story short, I ended up using my collision to cover the damages, and we started looking for a replacement vehicle immediately. As I am sure you know, there is no shortage of used car dealerships around, and used car shopping is usually about as much fun as a root canal. We checked with Hickory Used Car Superstore, and we were keeping them in mind, but we were also shopping around. We kept talking about the Used Car Superstore, and they kept checking on us to see if we were still looking. The very day my rental was to be turned in, which was the only day my husband had free from work to car shop, we received a call from the internet specialist at the Used Car Superstore, and she seemed like they had found us a vehicle. We came in, sat down with Keith Barnett. He informed us that they had a vehicle he thought we would like. He knew we were on a time crunch, but it did not matter, he was determined to ensure our needs were met. Not only did we love the vehicle, but we were finished in plenty of time to return the rental vehicle. The ironic thing is, neither my husband nor myself remembers mentioning the specific vehicle we were kind of hoping for, but he vehicle Keith had matched to us, just from a brief conversation was THAT EXACT VEHICLE! To say that we are pleased is an understatement. Keith knew what he was doing, and he found a vehicle that we could not be happier with. We highly recommend checking with Hickory Used Car Superstore if you are looking for a good used vehicle. You won't be disappointed!
