The most pleasant experience We have ever encountered buying a  car.  We were looking for a Chrysler 300 with low mileage  and no more than a couple years old.  Searching on the internet we saw "The Car Lot" had one but they are located two hours from us.  After a few telephone calls between Tim and ourselves we decided to make the trip to see if his "to good to be true" description of the car and price was just that.  Our Son and three year old Grandson made the trip with us just in case it was true and true it was!  My wife and I are in our 70's and have bought many cars during our 48 years together and we must say this was the most pleasant of all. No hidden add on fees, absolutely accurate description of the car, and even toys for our little Grandson.  Needless to say we drove away in the Chrysler tickled to death with the hassle free and pleasant purchase.  Thank you Tim and the other members of the staff we met. We will buy from you again,

Went to The Car Lot about a month ago. This was one of the friendliest groups I have ever dealt with. They paid well for my trade-in and when we negotiated pricing, they stated they weren't going to let me leave without the car I wanted; this was a good thing. As of now, the car is in great shape; I do think they reset the CPU for the O2 sensor, but who doesn't! They were friendly, helpful, and patient. I would purchase from them again.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the level of service we received and the vehicle that we bought. The Car Lot was helpful and courteous. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Wow am I impressed! Let me tell y'all. Tim? He's a man that knows what he's doing with his buisness.

My first impressions began before I even got there, I called the day before I came to test drive my car and he was very kind and even enthusiastic on the phone, which made me excited to come drive my potential vehicle, and he even held it for me until I could get out there the next day!

Being a first time buyer was scary for me, and I was very hesitant about who I chose to buy from, because I know a lot of people buy cars and get a bad deal on them, or get cheated out of their money. So I went to the bank before test driving to have the cars background checked and appraised and yall. The Car Lot of Lenoir's cars were the ONLY ones that were priced right at their value! My 2010 Subaru Forrester was right on the money with a very clean record, but thats just the beginning of the good buisness practices that I experienced!

Upon arriving to drive the vehicle, Tim was very kind and quick to get me all set up to drive it. He got the keys, walked me to my (soon to be) car, and made sure everything was okay.

Now y'all, I'm a young girl with very short stubby legs, and upon entering the car, I discivered the drivers seat was stuck, and wouldn't slide up. Tim had his mechanic fix this for me before I bought it, and very quickly, too, at no charge to me, as it should be.

I drove the car and fell in love, and bought it immediately. As for how it holds up, I'll come back and update this review in a few months but I don't foresee any issues with it.

All my friends love my car and can't believe what a great deal it was!

Overall, 10/10, and I would definitely recommend anyone whos looking for a car to go see Tim!

I had an excellent experience working with The Car Lot. Since I lived over an hour away, I called to assure the vehicle was available and working. The staff went out to the car while I was on the phone, fired up the car, checked the body, tires, etc. thoroughly, and even test drove it to give me the specs. Upon arrival, the staff was completely NO HASSLE and let me take my time to test drive and inspect the vehicle. One of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had!
