We are a pre-owned vehicle dealer in Mooresville, NC and Lincolnton, NC. Our goal is to make the car buying experience easy, like it use to be! We offer "below market pricing" on all of our cars, trucks, and SUV's. We can also take care of your financing needs. On the service side, we can service any vehicle you own, regardless of make. We employ ASE Certified Mechanics. We are also a NC Inspection Station.

I purchased a 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock from CAD and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Stan was a great guy to deal as we went through the sales process. He was eager to help me with zeroing in on the right Jeep for me. We he hand off to James and the finance team was smooth as they laid out some options for my purchase. I feel that I got a great deal on the Jeep and fair financing. It was worth the 4 hour drive to meet the guys and purchase one heck of a Jeep.

Our experience with Carolina Auto Direct was a very pleasant one. We are very happy with our Jeep and with the great service provided to us. It was within minutes of leaving an inquiry that we were quickly contacted and were able to schedule a test drive for that same day! Grayson especially was extremely helpful and made the process fast and easy. Not once did we feel pressured and he answered every question we had through the process. Overall, I would definitely recommend Carolina Auto Direct to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They are genuine people who truly love their job and will work with you to meet your needs.

Jeff King and the sales manager was very understanding of my need to stay within my set budget, and they worked hard to help me to stay within that budget. These guys are car dealers in the truest since of the word. I could go on and on with praises for this car dealership and Jeff King ,and sales manager,  but I'm going to close with this. If you are looking for a excellent used car or truck start at Carolina  Auto Direct and ask for Jeff.

So late in posting this review! Absolutely loved working with this dealership,  from where we purchased a wonderful pickup, a Colorado. We had gone to several dealerships and found Carolina Auto Direct. We fell in love with the truck, but didn't purchase right away (we were in the middle of refinancing our home). Jeff kept in touch with us and even waited for us to arrive after almost buying another truck! So glad we didn't! We love our truck! Jeff and the staff had it waiting for us. Everyone,  from the reception to the young woman who did our financing  was great to work with. We would recommend Jeff and all the staff to everyone. They are pleasant,  top-notch professionals, knowledgable, and made the experience run smoothly.  They earned their 5 stars!

Of all vehicles I have bought, this dealership was by far the most professional, hassle free, and had the most hospitality.  I worked with Jeff for 3 weeks as I was returning from Afghanistan and he was very responsive, knowledgeable, and honest about the vehicle I was interested in.  He worked with me through every step of the way and answered all of my questions.  He worked the deal with me over the phone and email so when I came in there were no surprises.  The deal and terms were great; I didn't feel robbed and I didn't feel I was robbing them.  Upon showing up to the dealership, it was very nice and had premium vehicles on the lot.  The finance manager, James, met me at the door with the keys for a test drive.  As I was out and about, he prepared all of the paper work.  I was in and out of the place in an hour.  I recommend this place to anyone based off of their A+ service through the whole process.
