My experience with Keffer Kia was seamless. I walked in on a Tuesday evening just to explore my options and left less than 2 hours later knowing I would be picking up my new 2018 car that Friday. My salesmen Thomas was Awesome! Along with Michael Johnson the Finance Manager who made the paperwork process so smooth. The entire team at Keffer Kia worked together to put me in a car that I love. You won't be disappointed shopping for your next vehicle if you go to Keffer Kia.

The group was patient and understanding that I was not going to rush into buying a vehicle. They answered all questions in a timely manner. Sales representative Lee Robinson was helpful and honest through the entire process. I'm enjoying my new 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid. The warranty with Kia is hard to beat and the brand has proven itself over the years. I plan to keep the car for the minimum of the 10 year warranty. I will revisit my review as I keep the vehicle to make sure it remains an honest post, but I'm certain they will keep their integrity.

Finally we were able to make a Deal and buy our new car. Jason was very helpful and accompanied us all the way from test drive to the negotiations. 
Be prepared to negotiate your way into a good deal with a laid back and cool staff. Would recommend for your next used or new car deal

I've bought many cars over the years. This time it was to help my stepdaughter find her first car.
   We looked at multiple dealerships yesterday and ended up back at Kia today because they had the used car she wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The salesperson was personable and gave us his undivided attention. The sales manager had a pleasing personality and treated both of us professionally & with dignity. Even the finance person was nice to work with.
    Overall, the dealership had a certain 'vibe' that was refreshing. Glad we ended up there..

Great place, no high pressure sales.
Came in looking to test drive a couple of cars towards a future purchase, leaving in a new car. Jason Brown was super helpful and helped get me in a great car for the price & payment I needed. Great experience!!
