Everything from the staff to facility and vehicles gets a hands down 5 star review from me. Everyone is nice and helpful. They can answer pretty much any questions you could think of and point in in the right direction for what you are looking for. It is a bit different set up and you end up dealing with 3 different ppl but it’s the smoothest and fastest experience I’ve ever had while buying a car. They didn’t hold me up at all. Super nice and helpful staff.

Bret Rise helped me when I came in for a vehicle inspection and for the purpose of addressing my starter battery concern. Bret was both helpful and respectful as he helped me with my standard maintenance. I worked in customer service for over 25 years and always prided myself that I was very good at this skill. Bret is the first person I’ve met in a long time who is clearly gifted with a natural skill in customer relations. It’s not just that he does a good job, he is a natural and an investment should be made in his talent. Your auto mechanics have a special skill that enhances your business. Bret also has a talent (skill) that any smart company would foster to also enhance the business. Bret is young and trainable and any manager of worth would recognize an exceptional training opportunity. I would happily use Bret's service again and will recommend him to other Toyota drivers. Please let Bret know I wish him well in future endeavors either with your company or elsewhere. My son has earned a good living for 20 years as a Toyota Service Writer because he possesses a similar talent. Bret can go far and become a Toyota superstar.

After a very unpleasant experience with our local dealership in Wilkes we came to North Charlotte and was completely blown away. The product specialist and the sales specialist were top notch hands down. Cristian Suarez was very pleasant to work with. We came in with a price point and car already in mind. He did a fantastic job of putting us in the car we wanted without giving us the run around. He took the time to show us several different options to make sure we had the right fit for our family. North Chatlotte did not try to sale us items we didn't want or need. They were very straight forward with no hidden fine print. Very professional and courteous from the time we walked in to the time we left. We would highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a new car and we will most definitely be customers for life. Our family couldn't be happier with the our new purchase. Thank you Toyota of North Charlotte for your outstanding customer service. Sarah

Dealing with the sales team was a very good experience. Mike was truly attentive to all questions and needs. The post sales experience lacked a true support the customer experience. Once the sale was made the customer experience was forgotten Post my review, Nate reached out to me. He was concerned over my experience. I can appreciate his concern. He did Take the time to understand my concerns and work towards improving the experience Of not only my concern but to ensure other customers have a positive experience As well. I do appreciate this effort to improve the customer experience. Thank you
