Experience cars is a great place to get a vehicle. My husband and I thought their was no way we could finance something with our poor credit, but they got us into a safe car. If we noticed something wrong or off about our car they sent us to their mechanic and had it fixed with no hassle. On top of that, I thought The customer service was always great. The absolute only thing that makes me think twice about going here is the actual lending service. Amalgamated. It's who you have to speak to about your vehicle once you actually sign contracts. I have needed to speak with someone there so many times. I have the correct phone number but nobody answers the phone....like ever. We leave voicemails with our names, and numbers. So it feels like we were left in the dust. Ive actually contemplated not making my payment just to get their attention, because i need to speak with them. So beware of that. Someone needs to bring that up to whoever is in charge at amalgamted.

Your going to get ripped off no matter what. And the gas card for a good yelp review is a scam, its a year later and I still have not got mine. Use extreme caution when going here. You've been warned.

Just got done buying a car from here and it was a great experience. Tyrone was very helpful and went over everything with us. He didn't pressure us and he didn't bull sh**t us. Was up front and honest will for sure go back the next time I am looking for another car.

I wanted to give a shout out and a very much appreciated thank you so much for everything to Ty and Amanda! Also for the always needed support when buying a car (which can be a rough process) Thank you for helping me throughout my recent purchase of my first BMW. :) They both treated me very well and were both awesome, Thank you again!!  :)
