While I did not buy a Mercedes from this dealership the overall experience was a pleasant one. The staff was very professional and did a great job in handling my business. I purchased a 2007 infiniti that was in beautiful condition with low mileage. After driving the car for a few days I noticed the smell of coolant and brought it back in for a check up. Upon dropping the car off, the service representative made sure to secure me a loaner car while they worked on the car. As of today it has been about a week since I dropped the car off and they continue to work on it. The car was sold with a 90 day warranty, but unfortunately the warranty company informed the dealership that they would not honor the warranty on an 11 year old car. This concerned me a great deal, but again the dealership stepped up and are honoring the warranty in house. While it's unfortunate that the coolant leak wasn't discovered before the sale of the car, I must say they have done a great job making sure that I am happy and taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future, and am looking forward to getting my car back.

Well appointed wait area.  Sales staff aware, but not pushy.  (Was in for a service call.)
Service staff solved issue in 20 minutes, no fuss, no muss.
There is a reason to buy a marquee brand from a dealership.

Customer service staff friendly and helpful. Scheduled appointment on line and they were expecting me. When a shuttle ride proved impractical (it was a Saturday) I was provided a loaner vehicle.  My service department experiences have been first rate.  Thank you.

The process was fast and painless. Scott answered most of our questions before we arrived at the dealership.  Brock was very straight-forward and efficient.  An absolutely hassle-free car buying experience.

I took advantage of an offer to have a complementary multi point inspection car wash performed on my car.  Service was timely and all employees were friendly and courteous. Comprehensive report received and no pressure to purchase any services. Overall great experience.  I have used this service department for several years and recommend it to anyone.
