So glad I found this place! I went to a jewelry store downstairs at the Citadel mall to get my ring sized and they quoted me $105. I lucked out and found this store and he quoted me $45. I was so happy that I got another ring sized which I was on the verge of getting it sized or not. Two rings for the price of one! He is such a nice man and very professional. I can't even see the repair work! On top of that, I finally found a Michael Kors watch that I've been looking for. Thank you so much! I'll be sure to be back!

This place sucks! I knew it sounded too good to be true when they said it was only $25 to clean my watch. I took my watch here on New Year’s eve to get it cleaned.  Well first I called to see if they were open and see if they cleaned and polished watches  The young lady who answered the phone didn’t know what she was talking about because she said no they only repair watches but on their website it said that they did so I just went down there instead and asked again  she said that was her fault she misunderstood me.....I don’t know how that was misunderstood???  Anyways so I drop my watch off they tell me it’s going to be 45 minutes I go back in about 30 minutes later I tell the guy I’m back for my watch he said oh yeah I’m still cleaning it then goes back to start clean my watch he does something to it I don’t know exactly what but then comes back about 15 minutes later and hands me my watch and says it’s $25 my watch has black like tar stuff all over it and has scratches all over it now Then he proceeds to tell me how beautiful it is and it’s really shiny HA I don’t know what kind of polish or cleaning they thought they did but my watch was in better shape before I dropped it off to them would not recommend this place to nobody. I should’ve not just been in a hurry  I should’ve just been patient and took it to Zales like I originally had planned and wait at the four weeks to have them really clean and polish it smh

Awesome customer service, he was very polite and helped repair my watch quickly. Recommend this place to everyone for fast service and good prices

Unfortunately the one and only time I have been to this jewelry store, the customer service was horrible. He dropped me as soon as thugs came in the store... Wonder what his store is supposed to be a cover for?!!!
