It is horable ! One to night i came into town no car doubled booked and they wanted to send me a walking ! Not only that but the last time the heater did not work in two room and they dont clean well never again ! This is the 2100 so one iam talking about ! And i am the regular ! Every time i come to town

When it was actually Extended Stay instead of Crosslands, this was a good place to stay. Now? They don't provide ANYTHING anymore. There is no remote for the T.V. (the old one is still sitting on the dresser next to the new one) no coffee pot, not even a Do Not Disturb sign. I mean come on.... The beds are comfortable though....

I've been here for three weeks now, the front desk told me there would be someone in once a week to clean the room (vacuum, clean hard wood floor in kitchen and bath, wipe surfaces, clean the toilet and shower, replace the towels, etc.) The first week it took them an extra 3 days to get to the room after the date we were scheduled for a cleaning... which wouldn't have been a big deal if it hadn't been for the fact that the room wasn't clean when we got there. Needless to say I cleaned and wiped down the whole room myself. The next week the second scheduled cleaning day comes around and so does the cleaning crew. When I came back to the room after they got done, it LITERALLY looked like all they did was change the sheets, and towels. And instead of vacuuming, you could totally tell they just swept the whole room, based off of the dirt sweep streaks in the carpet. (At this point I have debated going somewhere else after the 3rd week which I have unfortunately already paid for. Now, if all that wasn't bad enough, this week they came in to "CLEAN" the room, and I left expecting to come back to it being dirty at this point (note, my boyfriend and I aren't very dirty people, we're constantly picking up after ourselves so the room, after I cleaned it up, wasn't that dirty.) Even though the cleaning crew really didn't have much to clean up. Anyways. When I come back, MY GRANDMOTHER'S ANTIQUE pillowcase my mother gave me, was GONE. And our FLUFFY, EXPENSIVE towels (4-5 in total) were GONE as well. I immediately called the front desk to let them know my possessions were taken, and after talking to the hotel manager wasn't offered any sort discount or compensation, just a simple "we'll keep an eye out for it in the laundry". So three days later, I got a call telling me they found my stuff in the laundry, when o got down there, the stuff was still dirty? They didn't even find it in the clean stuff (so first of all that just tells me, ew, how long does it take them to do laundry, it tells me they almost just don't do it.) PLUS it was only 2 of the towels and thankfully my pillowcase. Bizarre stuff to take. Anyways. After that I'm here writing to WARN everyone that as long as you're staying here, DON'T expect your room to be properly cleaned, MAKE SURE your valuables are locked up (thankfully they found ((some)) of my stuff but you can obviously never be too safe. Not even pillowcases are safe.) And if you have any sort of concern or complaint, don't get your hopes up about anyone doing anything about it. I WILL NOT be paying for another week here. Nor will I come back in the future. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

This place is not an Extended Stay. We stayed here last year and loved it. This year it is Crosslands economy suites and it's ridulous. Rooms are small. Fake wood floors. They are remodeling and it is extremely loud with the workers yelling all day at each other from room to room. In the kitchenette there is a hot plate, no dishes, and no microwave. It's ugly. Manager came to my room after I told the workers to stop talking so loud and said they would handle it. They didn't. They have continued to yell. If you like to relax...this is not your place! Way to expensive for this type of amenities. The train station would have been more relaxing.

If I could give this place less than one star I would, -1000000 the rooms are horrible, the customer service is just as bad. We had the email saying we booked a non smoking room we checked in went up to our room and it was smoking. The desk boy said that it was non smoking but someone smoked in it so we were SOL exact words. I would recommend going and sleeping in one of the tents on the side of the road rather then this place.
