The Hilton Garden Inn corporate brand team is here to support your every need, from the time you sign your license agreement until you successfully open your doors, and beyond. The Brand Performance Support Manager for your region will make every effort to ensure a smooth pre-open process and a successful opening day for your hotel. We are the “one-stop-shop” for all of your pre-opening operations needs.
A pre-opening kit will be sent to your hotel. In this kit, you will find the tools you need to get started on opening your hotel. You may find yourself sitting in a trailer outside the construction site with no phone or internet – and we’re here to help. The central CD in this folder will walk you through everything operational, from getting your website posted to pre-selling your hotel. The CD in the right-side pocket will help you get started on pre-open sales and marketing items, and the CD on the left will give you a little background on the Hilton family’s culture and history.
It is important to note that these materials are simply a back-up to get you started in the beginning of the process; you will want to become familiar with and essentially rely on the material found in OnQ Insider, Hilton’s internal website. OnQ Insider is where you’ll find the most up-to-date communications, standards, manuals, procedures and more. Instructions on signing up for your OnQ Insider account are located in the central operations disc of your kit.
