Lived in the suite section for around 7 months and it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, snow removal was good, they keep great care of their landscaping. Thought we would be able to hear all the noise of 9000 S, but that wasn’t the case, very quiet. Clean and well kept I would recommend to people in need of a short- medium term stay.

**I have been a SUITE customer AND am now an apartment tenant. Great and safe place... not too many kids running around (except for mine, mostly...Sorry!) and it's very well kept. ALWAYS clean, BEAUTIFUL landscaping that just makes you feel at home... The apartments are great, also. They are solid construction, everything seems high quality. Free washer/dryer in your apartment. My heat works... a little TOO well haha but I won't really complain about that. A/C in the summer is a little on the weak side, during the hotter weeks, just invest in a fan. Pets seem to be ENCOURAGED to be present at this complex. I LOVE it.

Hands down the most clean and beautiful place to live. The view is AMAZING and the price is very reasonable. Immaculate living i love it here. The suites are cable ready and fully furnished all you need to do is move in. Right next door to a golf course and great amenities. Spa..gym..pool..and jacuzzi you make this place your home or your home away from home.

I actually really enjoyed living here. I feel like apartment searching can be such a pain, and it's important to leave honest feedback for others.. so here's my pros and cons:

Pros:
-Covered parking with your unit. K, this is a big deal. I feel like a lot of apartment complexes now make you overpay for EVERYTHING. It's really cool that the covered space is included.
-They cover water, sewer & trash. As a sad, previous tenant of Wasatch properties NO MORE CONSERVICE, PRAISE THE HEAVENS.
-They're decently priced, for a good space. 
-I was really surprised about the general quality of the apartment. I had nicer carpet, nice tile in the bathrooms, and the fixtures were new.
-The office people are easy and chill to work with. They won't give you the runaround, and they really are helpful.
-The location is awesome. 

Cons:
-My neighbors made me want to die. They were SO LOUD and inconsiderate. I've always lived on a bottom level unit and never had someone above me be so terrible. They yelled constantly, and their nightmare kids constantly jumped off things and ran around like psychos. It was the worst.
-Spiders. This is a ground level only thing I think, but on my first day of living there I found 4 spiders in the carpet. I immediately called to have them spray and they did. A couple of weeks later I saw a few more, and asked them to spray again, which they did. Fast forward to 6 spider traps later, and after 6 months I will tell you those traps were full of decomposing spider carcasses. What kind of spray are you using!?
-It bummed me out that you can only have pets if you're on a ground level. Some units aren't bad because you can walk up to them but mine required walking down a set of stairs into a concrete abyss with barely any sunlight. Sooo, if you have a pet; enjoy that.
-You can't pay rent online. Lame.

The room was just as big if not bigger than a 1 bed 1 bath apartment with full kitchen, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer, private patio. Very clean, very comfortable, quiet and private. Employees were pleasant. Downfall very minimal parking I had to park on the street but side entrance was close and close to our room. I needed to leave the key to the room in the lock box associated with that room for the other occupant who would still be staying for at least another week. I asked the employee at the front desk where I could find the lock box after 5 min. of repeatedly explaining what I was looking for he finally understood and knew what I was talking about but proceeded to tell me he had no idea where they were located...wow. so, I had to drive to where the other occupant was to give him the key to the room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay
