This hotel is very well service and client satisfaction-oriented. My partner and I visited her mother who was staying here for a day in order to pick her up on our way to continue with plans for the day. We stopped in and the whole building was detailed so nicely, kept actively clean throughout the day, and my partner and I stopped for breakfast in the dining area before leaving the hotel shortly after. The food selection was excellent and highly satisfying. The only complaint I have is that the waffle-maker once it's finished has this extremely loud notification tone that I think would be better quieted a slight bit. The hotel is certainly of high-quality.

My parents are staying here Long term while their house is being repaired. We come to see them every week. Tonight we came over for dinner that started nice. My mom offered me her meal that is provided by the hotel on certain nights to us. During our meal the front desk manager came over with a smug attitude and advised that we needed to pay because we where not registered guest. They didn’t care if it was my moms meal that is a registered guest. That’s their right to do that but you would think that when their guests are staying long term and have family over they would be more accommodating and polite to their family visitors. My special needs brother comes over a lot and they complained and gave them a hard time about him spending too much time here as an unregistered guest. This place definitely does not feel like a home like the logo suggests.

Booked my room through Expedia, I paid the hotel directly when I checked in. The hotel did a total of 4 transactions on my account. The third one was the rate for the room. The fourth transaction was for $150 that was charged to my bank account TWO DAYS AFTER I checked out. I have reached out to the manager and she had not returned my phone calls. The two people I have spoke to have no clue as to why my account was charged. It has now been a week and the money has not been credited back to my account and I still don’t know why I was charged this extra amount. Since the manager will not return my phone calls I will be contacting my bank and reporting it as fraud. Need better management for this hotel!!!

Beautiful hotel with great rooms. The rooms have large fridge, stove, sink with garbage disposal, dishes and great seating and dining areas. The free breakfast is better than most with waffles, eggs, sausage and a variety of cereal and pastry selections. The pool was clean and the fitness room has everything you would need. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My parents stayed here for a week while they were out visiting. Very nice hotel but they did have a couple of complaints. The hotel was pretty loud (they felt the sound proofing could have been better) and that they served the same thing for breakfast everyday.
