The only thing this hotel offers for its guest is a $100 fee on their card, beyond your regular stay charge (that doesn't come off for days), which they do NOT warn me about. They charge $8 for a poor excuse for a continental breakfast. I have literally stayed in motel 6's where I had a better experience. I came as part of a professional convention, so I expected better.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had new furniture, but the bed in the room I was in felt a bit hard for my preferences. Overall, it was a great stay.

Other than some staffing issues in the restaurant and bar one evening, the place was great. Very clean and quiet. It is also only about five minutes away from the aquarium.

This hotel and the entire staff did a fantastic job managing every aspect of my family Christmas party. The ballroom was clean and functional, the catered food was really fresh and delicious and inexpensive, the rooms were everything we expected, and the after party at the Jordan Gateway Grill was perfect. I really want to thank the hotel manager Brian and the kitchen manager Manuel for their effort in making this party go off flawlessly. Not one complaint!

Nice. Clean. Cozy. Rich color. Fire place. Jacuzzi tub. View isn't great. Freeway, business building, car dealerships. So just keep shades closed.
