The room was incredible! Sofa and recliner were amazing, I wanted to take them home with me! The staff was very friendly, very clean throughout the place. Grounds are well kept. I would recommend them again and again!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This is my second stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are good. The heavy curtains are great if you need to sleep during the day. The hotel is nothing to fancy but if you just need a place to stay for a bit this hotel is a good option.

It's an extended stay hotel, that doesn't have anything in the rooms. If you want dishes or a coffee maker you have to go down stairs and get them, then bring them to your room. There also wasn't any hangers in the closet. The room is small, and while I wouldn't call it dirty, I also wouldn't call it clean. It's in desperate need of a renovation. Staff is mostly absent. The complementary breakfast consists of stale muffins and cardboard like breakfast bars. The coffee tastes like it was dredged from the bottom of the bay. There is also a theme in the hotel, which is a theme everywhere in Oakland; hide your valuables. Warnings posted everywhere in the hotel warn of leaving valuable items in the room. Leaving me to wonder; if I can't have valuable items in my car or on my person, and I can't have them in my room, where the heck do I keep them?

A little more expensive than the other Extended Stays I've been to, but the rooms are very nice. Also, the room I was booked in also had an oven rather than just the stove top that is the "normal" for these facilities. WiFi signal isn't the best on the 2nd Floor, and there is the constant noise of the planes taking off and landing at OAK International Airport. Fast food and gas stations for food and refreshments are a little ways away, so be sure to grab what you might need on you way to the hotel.

Basic accomodation, very close to the airport, plane noise. Older hotel. Staff is nice
