We purchased a home in TN even though ee currently live 6 hours away in a different state and needed to furnish the entire house. Our real estate agent recommended this furniture store to us.  There is something for everyone here at a variety of price points too. We worked with James and we got a really great deal.  But whether you need just a lamp or an entire house, this is the place to start. If you are like us, you end up coming back. We put a small deposit to hold it all and just paid the balance and arranged delivery over the phone.  We are looking forward to delivery and enjoying a furniture for many years to come.  Thanks to James and Factory Direct Furniture for the wonderful start in our new home in TN.

I've been shopping there since 2004 recently went in to get a recliner for my birthday they hooked me up. I love going thru their showroom. You find the coolest furniture pieces.

I was helped by James. He was nice and introduced himself when we first went in and left us to browse on our own. I was there to pick out a new mattress. We went back two days later to buy the mattress and they were nice and let us call for same day delivery after we got our bed frame a week later. It was a really smooth process. I like that they offer 0% financing.

Do not shop here!! Our initial salesman was great, helped me with my purchase. The terrible service began... 
I put a hold on a dresser, then called and asked if it was ready for pick-up. Oh yes, it is ready! Brought a truck and help to move it from Virginia (over an hour out) only to be told they could not find my piece. Waited for an hour while they searched the warehouse. A warehouse employee was helpful in trying to locate it and make it right. However, No dresser.... Oh but wait, I can take the DAMAGED floor model. No reduction, no apology. My response, NO! So after all this confusion, I'm told to wait until they can find or order my dresser. A week goes by, I finally get what I paid for.
I decide to go back and inquire about another piece I saw. Surely I could get a better deal being I took no discount on my first purchase. I explained my situation, and was told no. The ticket price is the best you get. No compensation for my labor and time wasted. Needless to say, I ordered my pieces from another company. Cheaper at that.
This business does not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. I will not do business here again. I hope this review saves someone a bad experience.

The selection is actually very good for a warehouse and the prices are fair. We’ve gotten furniture from them before and have been quite pleased. Today however, they let a cash sale and a loyal customer walk out of the door over a $99 delivery charge.  I’m not sure that was a wise move by the salesman :-(
