Updated review. I am changing my 3 to a 4. George, the manager, and David Hansen made things right after I presented the issue to them and we are very thankful. The salesperson, Amanda C., had provided incorrect information to us. We did not misunderstand her. We now have a newer and nicer mattress with a real warranty. David also showed and discussed different mattress types with me. A lot more informative/knowledgable.  I ended up paying 300 more, but it was worth it!  Mike P.  also sent a thank you note which was nice. The salesmen at the doors that day were gentlemen too:) 

Previous review: Shopping experience was fine, but warranty information wasn't as clear as it should have been. I was told something but was made to feel like I misunderstood. I didn't though. I believe the incorrect information was provided    to me when I made the purchase. Customer service rep and delivery employees were nice. However when I called the store to see why I didn't get product information with our purchase (papers that always come with stuff when you purchase them), I was spoken to in somewhat of a condescending manner by the receptionist and original salesperson. Little disappointed. They were nice and patient when I was shopping and making the purchase. It was not absurd for me to inquire about the warranty information and product papers. I have gotten both before in writing/print at other furniture stores, even when the items were delivered. The delivery man even said that there are papers, product booklets sometimes. He knew exactly what I was asking about and understood why I wanted them. 5 stars for the delivery man and whoever I spoke with at the call center (she was super nice).

When you walk in its like sharks are about to attack. I don't even like to go pay my bill. I do like my chairs. But saving for another I want hoping they still have it

I love this place! The nicest sales people, especially Richard! Beautiful furniture at very reasonable prices! Financing available with great payment plans! You even get a free bottle of ice cold Coke just walking in! I highly recommend Grand for all your home furnishings!!
