Starting off rocky but somehow our payment didn't process but we were able to pay in cash so it worked out from there but on our final night..... we return to our room and housekeeping never showed up!!! Even though he was standing right outside of our door when we left??? Strange right? So we ask for the manger but there is no manager on duty at night so that wasn't possible... no manager returns on shift until 2 pm??? Never heard? Requested new bed linen but linen changed every 2 days? I double checked to make sure we didn't mistakenly leave our " do no disturb sign up and that wasn't an issue, they just didn't clean. Would've been mediocre but no.

Average family oriented space. Beds are a bit firm, room is clean and the TV is a smart TV to let you watch your Netflix. Decor is a bit dated, and rooms are small but maneagble. WiFi is mostly decent, but seems to be worse at night. Had to pay for the faster bandwidth to get work done.

Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was nice with a wide verity of items including eggs, sausage, bagels, fruit, waffles, cereal and more. Shuttle helped a lot to avoid driving in Minneapolis traffic. The two drivers were super friendly especially the guy at night. They let you know about the area and things to see and do. Beds in the room were comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom could have had more water pressure but was still nice and clean. Only complaint about hotel is front desk and staff throughout (besides shuttle drivers) could have been a bit friendlier but overall was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Filthy bathroom and flies all over the place. Killed 2 to 3 flies in the room each night. Bathroom smelled like sewer gas, had a mop string stuck to the inside toilet rim, and green mold on the sink's overflow. Two complaints and no action...except to throw "points" at the problem on the way out the door. This is not the Marriott standard, according to the front desk agent. Agreed, but nothing was done to fix the problem during our 3 day stay.

The room was nice. The breakfast was very good. It had many choices. The staff was helpful. The old issue we had was that it was so loud! The airplanes would go so often. My husband was ill and he couldn't get any rest because of the noise from the planes. We have stayed here in the past and havent had this issue before. Very disappointing!
