I wouldn't give this place a half of a star. Just No!!! Horrible! This is not a family place at all! We were very uncomfortable! It was nasty!!! Our sink in our room did not work. There was a man with an open fire in the parking lot. It is right next to a very active train track, so not a good location for people trying to sleep. I asked for extra towels and the lady told me she "had to go find some clean ones" umm that sounds promising. She was nice though.

Leaving one star because no stars is not an option. I don't even know where to begin. From the moment you pull in, the dumpster is overflowing with trash.. and I mean, OVERFLOWING. The landscaping looks like it hasn't been touched in months. The pool is out of order and green in the month of JUNE. The attendant at the front desk was not only rude, but could not even find the key for the room we have booked prior to coming to this hotel. My husband and I decided to still give it a shot, being we were only going to be in town for two days. As we were walking to the room, a lady outside said "be careful because there is roaches and ants that come out of the drain". As soon as we walk in, we were hit with a horrible smell of must. I look down and there is a roach about an inch long crawling on the floor. I walk to look at the bathroom, and there is another baby roach crawling on the wall. The floor was disgusting. It looked like it had not even been cleaned prior to us coming. At this point, I refused to sleep here let alone even be in that room. I packed my stuff up and went and asked for a refund because it was atrocious. He refused my refund. This place cannot be up to code. Save yourself the time and don't even stop by. I will be reporting this hotel to the city in the morning.

If i could give them a 0 i would i had made a reservation for this place. I cancelled it due to issues and couldnt make it. They ended up charging my card 2 weeks later under someone elses name. Then when i called about my money they gave me three different stories. I will never ever use this place or even recommend it.

Actually didn't stay. Place is old, I mean really old which we don't mind typically but we ate the cancellation fee and got out of dodge! Carpet was really stained and the two rooms we looked at smelled funky. Also the pool out front was empty and the lobby reminded us of a body shop repair place. The parking lot was in bad bad shape and right next to a railroad. Not my idea of a Family Inn.

Guy at the front desk is a complete jerk, the parking lot is falling apart and partially flooded. Who the heck puts a motel less than 500 feet from railroad tracks??? I could imagine it would be very uncomfortable to sleep there. Motel staff were cleaning when we came up. Not a very clean looking place and the rooms were dingy. The pool was bright green and the man working wasn't letting the pool guy do his job because he was fussing at him when I walked in. Pretty sure the pool guy won't be doing business with him anymore.
