We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Our suite was very clean, well- furnished and well-maintained. A couple of minor problems were quickly and pleasantly addressed by the staff, who were all very nice and extremely helpful. We experienced a medication emergency and the desk staff, whom I believe was Lynn, was very concerned and helpful in locating a 24 hour pharmacy. The free breakfast was very good and the staff was attentive and very willing to supply requested items that were not on the buffet. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We booked this hotel because it was fairly close to Busch Gardens. The staff was very friendly when checking in, they even called our room to see if we settled in nicely. The rooms are great, a lot of space, clean and just overall great looking. The beds are very comfortable but not so much the pull couch. My only complaint is the curtains for the shower keep sliding down the pole. Other than that, this is the best hotel I've stayed at.

We came to the Hampton Inn to eat at Captain George's. The the room was nice and clean. We had a king size bed, and jacuzzi tub. We even used the pool. We would stay there again.

First time here and I want to come back!, Room was nice and very clean. Staff was excellent! will recommend this Suite to any family and friends coming up this way😀

Nice hotel...clean, comfortable and close to a variety of restaurants. Typical HI&S experience with delicious breakfast and bottomless coffee. Had a slight issue with noisy A/C but clerk was nice enough to offer a partial credit for the stay.
