We are enjoying the accommodations. I'm sad we don't have an oven in our room. There is a counter plug in cook top, but we miss understood it to be a whole range. We are making it work. I love the beds and the rooms are clean. It is nice to have an indoor and outdoor pool, but the indoor pool was cloudy and I'm not sure how that happens.

We own timeshare here and love it. The location is perfect. The staff is helpful and the accommodations are really nice. If you have a room layout preference, ensure to ask for it from the start. We thought we were in one style, but ended up with another. It worked out fine and they did what they could, but better communication would have made for a smoother check in. I'd definitely recommend the Plantation. Their sister property, the Colonies, is also really nice.

The plantation resort is a great place to stay. It is in a nice location not too far from any of the attractions in the area and easily accessible to the highways for convenient traveling. The rooms are nice size for multiple people use having a group of 6 but plenty of space. The pools and on site activities are pretty good it the gym is a little small and mostly for cardio. But overall it's a really great place to stay and be able to get around the local area.

Me and my family which is a family of 5 stayed here one night courtesy from package we won, which a 90 minute presentation was mandatory, to receive what was promised to us. Had no complaints process was easy during check-in, room was clean, fully furnished and everything we needed which we didn't used anyway. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and out door play area even if it was for one night. But I must say during presentation the sales person was on point. And her name was Donna, she was a pleasure to be around and just converse with, I knew what I was getting into with this timeshare pitch, and is a little familiar how these go. But she was top notch, if I didnt go there with my mind made up, that I wouldn't purchase anything I sure would have done business with her. She knew I had some experience with this so she couldn't nor did she, try to sell me something that wasn't beneficial for me and my family. She was top notch and now that I get home I wish I would've purchase a Time share from her. And no she didn't pass me off to someone else to finished the deal which she could've but overall great experience. Also wanted to point out that Williamsburg Plantation is about sold out and have a few properties in the area that are being built which are Amazing. Once I go back I will make sure I do a presentation, just because and request for Donna to do so, so we can seal the deal hopefully that was presented to me if not a better one.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was very clean, and has attractive furnishings. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. There are indoor and outdoor pools, but I didn't use them. We didn't have a stove in our unit, however, I made the reservation one day ahead of time! There were several minor problems, such as dishwasher wouldn't work till I had to push down the stem where the water comes out, the microwave base didn't spin, etc. Overall it is a very nice place, and I would stay here again, however I have stayed at a step above this one. Oh, one more thing, it was on the second floor and has stairs. If that's a problem be sure you get a street level unit. .
