I have an antique jade necklace my father brought back from the Philippines after World War II. I couldn’t wear it couldn’t wear because it was made in the Philippines and the beads were strung with wire. fast fix jewelry and watch repair did a phenomenal job of restringing it so I can wear it with confidence. My name is Angie. After my boyfriend had his watch battery replaced by fast fix, he suggested that I have them take care of my necklace. I just happened to be in the mall and decided to stop in and get a larger clasp put on my necklace. The young man that helped me was very nice but he was in training (per the tag he was wearing) and he was left on his own to take care of me. I gave him my chain and kept the diamond pendant. He never told me that I should leave the pendant. When I returned and the pendant did not fit over the new ring, I was told I would be charged an additional fee. I could understand that if I had been asked to leave the pendant and refused, but I was never asked. So, of course I had to pay it if I wanted to be able to wear it. Truly not a good experience.

This place is a real gem- pardon the pun! They sized a gold bracelet for me that was too big. Job done while I waited and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will be returning in the future.

I had several pieces of jewelry to be fixed & it was done within a couple hours! Every one of my pieces look brand new & beautiful! They do business in a professional & organized way.
