We took an E-350 motor home in for a stalling issue, we stressed over and over that we believed it was an overheating issue that caused it, we also wanted a full engine check up. LaFontaine definitely took us for our money and ran. They recommended the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, and valve assembly needed to be replaced, and that it would resolve our issue. 
They also recommended replacing the rear breaks and wheel cylinders, as well as a full break flush, which I do believe did needed to be done.
After putting less than 500 miles on the vehicle on a cold night, we had the same issue that we took it in for, after paying nearly $2300 in repairs for the original issue that they never fixed I can't recommend this dealer to anyone.

They forgot to apply my coupon at checkout, but they acknowledged this when I pointed it out and made a quick modification to my bill. I just think it got lost in the shuffle as their service desk is very busy. It was attached to the original, but that doesn't translate to what is entered in their system and requested when you pay your bill. Keep your eyes open, but that's advise for anywhere you go now days.

Got a call from the service manager regarding my issues and he offered to make things right again. In all fairness, I did forget that twice while I was waiting people were kind enough to ask me if they could do or help me in anyway, one from sales and another from the garage. I will definitely return again in the future, the call definitely turned my 'tude back around to being appreciative. Gave additional 🌟 for that.

Just bought a 2017 fusion from Chad. Phenomenal experience with this dealer. I will be recommending my friends and family to this dealer in the future.

This dealership definitely isn't the nicest one I've ever been to but not the worst. You can expect to wait at least a half hour before you get called into an office so bring something to keep you occupied. The people here might seem a little off but they will give you a really good deal. Just bear with the awkwardness and you'll be happy in the end
