I stopped by LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Lansing today truck shopping. I was greeted by Blake Wilson in the lot as I was looking at used truck. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and that I was trading in another vehicle that I had purchased from them a little over a year ago. He showed me a couple used trucks I was interested in and then told me about some of the rebates they were offering on their 2017 model year trucks. That caught me interest and he showed me their extensive inventory. There was a lot to choose from but with his help I was able to narrow it down to two. After test driving both of them he had my vehicle appraised and started running some numbers. He went to his Manager 5 times at my request to get me to the monthly payment I wanted. We sealed the deal and Blake and Greg Szymanski stayed after the store had closed until all the paperwork was completed. Blake then stayed with me until I was able to transfer all the personal items from my old vehicle into the new one. I would suggest that when you are out vehicle shopping stop by LaFontaine and ask for Blake Wilson. He will put you in the vehicle you want and work for you to get you the price you are happy with.

Had a great buying experience with Ashlynn! She patiently answered each of questions via email and phone, and was responsive to every message left. She got us where we needed to be on trade, which got us on the road in our new ride. Our 6 year old had so much fun she even drew a picture of our new van for her as a thank you. Definitely give her a call if you are looking. You'll be happy that you did.

The Body Shop and Service staff at LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Lansing are some of the kindest, most considerate, and most helpful people I have EVER met. Aaron Calhoun, Lori, and Aaron's son, not only patiently and efficiently walked me through every step of the car repair process, but they were very understanding, thoughtful, and communicative while doing so. As someone who had never been in an accident, I was very nervous and unsure of how the repair and insurance process works. Aaron walked me through absolutely every aspect of the process from repair estimations to working with my insurance and appraisers. They even helped me with the rental car process, reserving a car for me and securing my transportation to and from Enterprise and LaFontaine. I never felt unsure of anything, I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of, and I never doubted that my car and I were being taken care of. Aaron and his team are genuine people who put the customer first, treating them as they would treat a good friend. As nervous and upset as I was about the process, Aaron and his team made it bearable, constantly reminding me that my car was going to be "perfect" again. While getting in a car accident is less than ideal, I'm so thankful I was able to meet and work with Aaron and his team. They are truly wonderful people. I highly recommend that anyone who needs vehicle repairs go to LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT. I promise you won't regret it.

We had a wonderful experience at LaFontaine. Everyone was welcoming. Our sales agent Maverick Brooks was great. He really listened to our wants and needs. He discussed different options available and he didn' try to sell us something more than we needed. Maverick and Greg were fun to work with.

I found a vehicle I liked online and inquired about it and got contacted right away. I scheduled a day to come test drive and ended up leaving with it that night! Tony was super helpful and made the whole process super comfortable and easy for me (a first time car buyer). Everyone that I talked to or worked with here was super awesome and friendly!
