This is our second vehicle we have gotten from Paradise Motors. Our experience with them has been wonderful. The opportunities that they give people to help reestablish their credit is very nice. You have to know going into any car buying experience when you have poor credit, damaged credit or low or no down payment your payments are going to reflect that. So for 3 or so years it's gonna sting a bit, however, if you can make it through successfully keeping current you will see such a significant increase on your credit score that when your lease is up and you either decide to get into something else with Paradise or choose to go elsewhere you will have that ability because of them. 

The customer service that I received from our salesman Joe(the car guy! ;-) and really all the staff was top notch. He was super helpful in the sense that I was pretty set on my decision of the vehicle I wanted. My husband was not able to be with me to complete necessary paperwork ( works out of town) and Joe made it possible to get all pertinent paperwork to him so I could drive our vehicle home in time to pick up my girls!  He did everything within his capability and in the parameters of my credit and what I could honestly afford to get me into what I really wanted. THANK YOU!!

This dealership is NOT like most other buy here pay here poor credit dealerships. I feel that they really do want to see people in a reliable decent vehicle. I'm not saying that every vehicle they sell is great or that every experience is going to be as good as I have experienced. But, I will say I will recommend to anyone looking for a chance to not be told no and the possibility of getting into a vehicle that fits your specific lifestyle needs.

Thank you SO much to Andy and the great people at Paradise Motor Sales and Service. I didn't think car ownership was a possibility at the time but Andy told me he could put me in a car so I came in and they made it happen. Andy answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase of my car. I'm thrilled with my car and will recommend this team to anyone looking for excellent, trustworthy customer service. Thank you, Guys!!!

We had a great experience at Paradise Motors. We went in with less than spectacular credit and an even less spectacular trade in. Matt was able to get us into a car that was exactly what we wanted. We never once felt like we were just a dollar sign, we always felt like he genuinely cared about getting us what we needed. We will definitely be coming back for our future vehicles!!!

Joe the Car Guy was very helpful in making sure we got into the vehicle we NEEDED for our growing family. It was easy to drive off the lot after squaring away payments. Accepted a very reasonable down payment and was attentive to details! Thank you, Paradise Motors for all of your help.

I stopped by paradise motors today on Pennsylvania,  and received some of the best service I've had in a long time. The guys there Isaac and John were so helpful I went in expecting one thing and left in a new ride with a smile on my face! Anyone looking for a new ride? Paradise motors is where you wanna go! Thanks again for the great hospitality and awesome service!
