I have known Kal for quite a while. I am on vehicle number 4 with him and I have spent alot of time on his lot. I can tell you that he pays attention to correcting issues on his trade-ins and quite frankly almost to a fault. I for one don't really want the hassle of getting things back up to snuff after I buy them so that's a huge plus. I recently purchased a 2016 truck here and traded in the 09 I bought from him 3 years ago. I got a great deal on my trade-in and Tim took care of the financing with ease. Out the door in 30 min. My only complaint is not having the second key and remote... come on Kal sheeessh.
