This place told me and my friends that they would have the air Jordan royal ones for purchase. This was false. They had gathered a group of 160 people eager to give them their business, but could not get their shoes to the store for a release that had been advertised for weeks. When asked about these shoes, one employee lied to us, telling us the shoes were actually in the store. My friends and I had waited in line for 6 hours, to be met with poor service and rude employees. This was by far the worst experience I had ever had at a store, and I recommend that you never go to this location if you can help it.

I walked in here with my friend a couple days ago and they had a full staff and we must've been greeted by at least 6 employees who all seemed friendly and willing to help us out and answer any questions we had. I think they are seriously trying to improve their service as there have obviously been complaints about it in the past and they seem to be doing a great job!

The employees were rude and unprofessional. They made false promises and claims. I waited 5 hours for the jordan 1 royal shipment only to learn that the shipment wasn't coming. I would prefer any other store to this poorly run and failed establishment.

Simply Disgusting Service:
The customer service is subpar. When asking about product, employees were rude and unprofessional. Employees provided little service and had almost no knowledge about what they should be doing. Finishline promised their customers a grand reopening at this location but after hours of waiting we learned it was nothing but a lie. The employees didn't seem to know what the hell they were talking about. Overall, this location has poor service and should learn a thing about retail.

One of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. The associates were unprofessional and rude for no reason. I had a return from an online order and she didn't even refund me on the shipping. And she was logged in with a different associate so I never got her name for corporate. The name on the receipt says Matthew. Footlocker is SO much better and I will never give this place my business ever again. Horrible horrible horrible. It's not that hard to be a decent person. I have worked retail and I know what it's like, but still was never a rude employee. CORPORATE, GET THIS LOCATION IN CHECK.
