Had an unexpectedly great experience with the staff today. Bought a target that had a $10 cash back promo, but it seemed to be for online orders only. The manager was kind enough to apply it so I didn't waste a trip. I couldn't find a way to contact their customer service to say thanks. Overall I really felt valued as a customer as they went above and beyond.

This store has very poor customer service. They don't have enough workers, and I wasted so much time in line. The workers also move very, very slowly. Go to a different Dick's location if you can.

I was in and out of this store within 20 minutes. The customer service was outstanding! No waiting for anything. Well deserved Kudos!

You want it? They probably have it, with the exception of MTB and English sports. But hey if you need American sports equipment go here. The store is massive. Good helpful friendly staff too.

Literally took me 2 hours and 7 employees to find a simple headband. Each employee led me to the wrong direction until the cashier guy called someone to take me their. That's the only reason it's 2 not 1. Thanks to the cashier and dude that took me there, I got what I was looking for. But I'm still mad that it took me so long just to get a headband.
