Lisa and Terry are extremely friendly, down to earth, and easy to work with. I tried on dresses at other boutiques but I came back to Formal Spot because I felt comfortable with the staff and the process. They are competitively priced and know the industry. They took time to answer all of my questions and made me feel beautiful and special during this exciting time in my life!

Made an appointment to shop for my wedding gown. I walked in at 10:45 with my family, excited to shop for the dress. The girl at the counter BARELY acknowledged that we walked in, and as I told her we had an appointment, she said "Pull what you want and go and try it on". It was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Even if they had the dress of my dreams I would NEVER give them business. I would think again before you book an appointment there to shop for the most important dress of your life.

I said yes to the dress! I am so happy I found Formal Spot. The service was exceptional - I felt fabulous from the minute I walked in. Their selection and price range fits any bride's style and budget. I would highly recommend checking out Formal Spot before you make your final wedding dress decision. My bet is you will say yes to the dress at Formal Spot. Thanks so much for your help ladies!

Lisa and her mom Teri were absolutely amazing! After trying on almost 100 dresses at other boutiques were the dresses were nice but the customer service just wasn't there and I didn't really know what the dress would look like after alterations, Lisa and Teri made me understand. I highly recommend Formal Spot for anyone looking for a formal gown or cute boutique dress! They helped me pick the perfect dress. Lisa and her mom went above and beyond to help me and make me feel like the prettiest girl on the planet, I could not have found a better local boutique for all my needs!

I just wanted to say that I ended up purchasing my dress from the Formal Spot after visiting several bridal boutiques. I had visited their boutique numerous times bc I was so indecisive about what I wanted. Never once did they pressure me into buying from them. They were helpful and very kind every time I went there. Thank you ladies so much! I can't wait for my dress to come in!
