I've had great experiences here. In all, I've come in a few times for oil changes, new tires and alignment, and just general checkups. The manager Kou and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable--they would explain to me anything that I wanted to know in details (I'm not a huge car person). I kept having problems with one of my new tires, and they immediately inspected it every time I came back in (no charge). The services were reasonably priced, especially with coupons. I would recommend this shop. The staff feel trustworthy to me.

I love their courtesy check. It makes me aware of upcoming issues I need to deal with. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The guy there named Romero is bilingual he has to be Spanish he is very nice and friendly he will help to get you the service that you need in a timely fashion and he is good at explaining what is needed he is a people person he doesn’t talk with a lot I’ll call you so you may have to listen to him very carefully but nonetheless he is very knowledgeable I would recommend people to visit this location for their Firestone the heat it was pretty good for me not bad at all.￼

These guys suck. I needed an alignment after replacing tie rod ends and ball joints, I called to make an appointment and told them EXACTLY what vehicle it was for (Dodge Ram). So I get there Saturday afternoon only to have them tell me it won’t fit on their rack.

How the hell do they not know what vehicles they can align or not? Now I’m screwed because I have to drive it to work all week and will probably wear my tires with my best guess alignment. 

Never ever using a Firestone again.
