Me and my wife had an alternator go bad on our 02 honda . I took it to kc auto in Independence, purely because of it's convenient location . I am a midnight worker and wanted my car close to my home. After a few phone calls I found out that even the dealership " thought to be the most expensive in town" charged 80 dollars less on just the part alone and was charging 50 dollars more on labor as well. I'd never recommend these crooks purely since they over charged me 80 bucks on a part that only cost 200 bucks. They are like a payday lender of car repair shops. I recommend you do your research before you ever take your vehicle here.

I'm very impressed with Rob Thompson and his team! I had ran over a sharp object and it sliced my tire and even damaged my rim. Fortunately, I was only a few blocks away to make it to their shop. The service was extraordinarily fast and efficient. I had my new tire ordered and even rim repaired in less than 2 days! Everyone at the shop is so friendly and helpful in every way. The rates are very affordable and if you need credit - no interest for 6 months - approved on the spot (if your credit is good.) Highly recommend this shop for all of your repair needs! Thanks to Rob and his entire team!!

KC Complete Auto Service of Independence is auto service at its finest. Rob Thompson and the service technicians are truly amazing. I was told by another auto repair shop that I need rear struts for my vehicle. I shopped around and KC Complete Auto Service of Independence had the best price. I dropped my vehicle off at this shop for repair and got a call from Rob the store manager asking me why I was replacing the rear struts for my vehicle and I informed him of the diagnosis from a different auto repair shop. Shortly, thereafter Rob informed me that my rear struts were perfectly fine and that the issue that my vehicle was misdiagnosed and was actually a loose bolt. This saved me nearly $580.00 dollars and fixed the issue were experiencing. The integrity, honesty, and timely service that I received has made me a KC Complete Auto Service of Independence customer for life.

This is the best place to take your vehicle, most important factor, they show you what you need before they do the work, and I WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW, DO NOT EVER GO TO CALVERTS THEM AS?HOLES BROKE MY STABLELIZER CONTROL ARM THAT HELPS YOUR STEERING AND DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME, BLUE SPRINGS CALVERTS DON'T EVER GO THERE! I PROMISE YOU THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR LIFE, I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED!
