These guys fixed my clutch in Record time when I was in KC!  They were super friendly and fast!  I was able to get back to Oklahoma on time thanks to them. They even topped off my oil at no extra charge!!

Friendly Staff. The manager was up front with All quotes and pricing. He didn't try to get over on me at all. Made sure I was comfortable I really enjoyed being in their shop even though it was for auto purposes 😊 I felt like my vehicle was in good hands.

HORRIBLE PLACE, DO NOT GO TO THEM!! I'M MAD I CANT GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!! First off they misdiagnosed our honda saying it was the key and it wasn't. The manager and mechanic 100% guaranteed us if we got another key made the car would start, IT DIDN'T! So we ended up paying $125 for a new key and $75 for the tow for NOTHING. I had to send the car to another shop AAMCO TRANSMISSION in Independence, MO to get a second opinion and it was NOT the key!! It was the timing and they had to REPLACE THE ENGINE!!!!! And all repairs and tow was covered by our warranty company. So if they would have done their job right and not searched around on the internet like the MECHANIC told me he did, the car would have been diagnosed CORRECTLY. Then when I contacted Precision Tune Auto Care I got attitude and NO help AT ALL. Was told I'm not getting anything in return for the misdiagnosis, even called CORPORATE and got NO help. So basically there was nothing I could do. So DO NOT send your car to them, PLEASE save yourself the time and money!!

In response to the "OWNER", I didn't just have "some guy" come out he was a locksmith through AAA and he did not diagnose anything he said there was nothing wrong with that key, that's all he said. Just admit your guys did a poor job diagnosing our vehicle and I even have paperwork showing what actually was wrong with our car and why the engine needed replaced. Right is right and wrong is wrong, and you guys were wrong for assuring us 100% that if we got a new key our car would run and it didn't. But don't worry, we will NEVER return to your shop!!!

To make a very long story short. I brought my car here to beer repaired shortly after I had my son. Somehow when I went to pick my car up after they told me it was ready it started overheating. I was not having that problem before. The car stopped not even 4 miles away from the shop after picking it up. It put myself and my newborn sons life in danger. They said they were willing to fix whatever had happened to it so I had it towed back to their shop. Now they are stating that they aren't going to. I have proof that the car wasn't having that problem before so they will be getting sued. All I wanted was my car fixed before my maternity leave is over. As a single parent of two and still making payments on a car that I cannot drive has created a huge hardship for myself. Especially after spending all of the money I had on having them repair it before.
