I have taken my car to this locations numerous times for a variety of services and I have never been disappointed.  They are friendly, work quickly and I have always been treated fairly.  They have never tried to sell me something that I don't need and they have tried their best to keep the cost as low as possible.  I would highly recommend them - in fact I have recommended them to friends and family many times.

Better than the Orem location.  I had my alignment redone after the Orem location screwed it. Even though you make an appointment online, the front desk questions you and asks why you didn't call first.  What's the point of the online appointment option?  Fortunately the alignment tech Jay, fixed up good what the crappy Orem location tech said could not be fixed.

Very, very disappointed with Firestone. I have been a customer for many years and thought I could rely on them always helping me. I took my car into them and they told me they could fix it for $1400, I took it somewhere and got it fixed for $30. Firestone completely lied about what was wrong with my car just to get money out of me. Never going here again, do not trust what they say.

I'm kinda biased. My dad works here and he won't rip you off like other mechanics will but they overwork him and the managers are lame and have to get switched out all the time.

I don't know how the prices are. My dad, my brother, or I always fix the car ourselves because we're all different levels of mechanic.

I've never had better customer service with my car. They helped me get the best deals on my tires and were so polite.
