This Firestone location is fantastic! I have brought my cars here for years and I've always been impressed with the staff. They hold true to their warranties and they don't try and sell you services you don't need. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is an awesome Firestone location! JD was really helpful and got our car fixed under firestone warranty super fast. Customer service was A++. Thank you Firestone for always getting us back on the road quickly with a safe and reliable car!

UPDATE 7/5/17 Posted review on Google Reviews and Yelp 7/6/17 Response from BF Social Media on Yelp expressing regret. BF Social media is probably a company that Firestone has hired to track social media comments. 7/6/17 Based on BFS' response on Yelp I sent them an email offering whatever information they needed. 7/10/17 Received email from BFS asking for details on the posting. 7/10/17 Sent BFS all the details including copies of coupons, etc. 7/12/17 email from BFS saying file has been forwarded to Area Mgr and i will be contacted in 24 hours. 7/19/17 emailed BFS that I have not been contacted yet. 7/20/17 BFS responded by email that concerns have been "escalated" to Area Mgr. 7/28/17 emailed BFS inquiring about status 7/28/17 received email from BFS that concerns have been escalated to "Regional Team" 8/9/17 emailed BFS that I have not been contacted and inquired about status. Its 8/24/17 and I am still waiting for a response. All documentation and copies of emails are available for review. 5 reviews 1.0 star rating 7/5/2017 There is a hanging sign when you enter this store that says "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business". After my recent experience I wonder if this has been put up as a mis direction. I had two coupons, one for an oil change and the other for brake service. After confirming on the phone that these coupons could be used to service my car I set up an appointment. When I arrived the individual at the front desk summarily dismissed the coupons I presented: 1) the oil change coupon was for a standard oil change for $19.99. I was told I could not use it since the manufacturer of my car "requires" 0W-20 oil to be used and the price to do it is $42.98. Silly me, I believed what I was told and approved it. I checked the Owners Manual later and on page 309 it clearly says SAE 5W-30 is the best choice. 2) The coupon for the standard brake service has a price of $99.99, per axle. Again, this was completely disregarded. I was told that there are different grades of brake pads and it depends on what is in "inventory". I was told that they would probably install brake pads, if needed, in the $120 - $140 price range. I got a call later in the day saying the brake pad service would cost $179. When i balked they said they could install a lower priced pad for $134 but they tend to make a "noise". I believed the sign in the store about honesty and was subjected to a classic bait and switch
