We just picked up my daughters car and, although it took a few days longer than originally anticipated, it is done well and looks great and she even got a detail and polish!   Ellen was particularly awesome, even when she had called me and I was unaware, she worked quickly to rectify any concern of ours.  The shop did a great job on the paint and body work!!  They also were more thorough than the Subaru Collision Center in SLC, they repaired the actual clips and made sure the frame wasn't bent. 

Thank you to Ellen, all the front desk ladies and the shop - for your hard work and attention to detail! :)

Collision Center personnel are helpful and professional.   Work is done timely and POC keeps you up to date on status and any needed changes. Results look great. Great job and thank you.

I like how they've been sending emails with the progress on my repair. Nicer to know something instead of waiting by the phone wondering. Everyone I've spoken with has been very nice.

I had to bring my car back multiple times. Sure they were nice about it but I expect it to be done right the first time.
The first time the steering was off and the car sounded weird. Then when I got it back the door was missing a bolt and the rear windows would not roll down.
