The job was not assessed before calling me and these guys told me car is ready. I went and when had a look, immediately I could tell them couple things. Secondly, later they fixed it asap and called me back but again I found out something else is not working. So looks they don't drive the car and make sure everything is working as expected. Absolutely poor, not sure how even VW has certified. I will surely be sending an email to VW as well for this. Not recommended at any cost.

Not only did they do great at fixing my car but they cleaned the inside too!  The job was done WAY sooner them their estimate. Highly recommend this place!

The job was done half assed, and didn't think I would call you guys out on it because I am a woman, and was alone. Then when I did, the "effort" you made to correct it, has left me at no returned calls or your communication skills are ridiculous. You're sending me bill after bill in the mail, after I told you I will bring cash in and pay in full as soon as the mistakes are corrected or rectified. Here we are now, almost a month after service, no returned calls. Lousy work and terrible service, should have gone with my gut and went to Abra auto body instead. I'm confident this wont receive any recognition either, therefore BBB is my next go to.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Gerber Collision (Previously Shine). Every member of their staff was exceptional. Every time I spoke with David he was very polite and took the time to answer all of my question. Upon picking up my vehicle I requested to speak to a mechanic to discuss the repairs. He (don't remember his name) took the time to jack the vehicle up and walk under the vehicle with me and further explain all the repairs that were performed. Even the young gentleman detailing the vehicles was very polite. Going into the garage he said hello and upon driving away he complimented me on my truck and waved goodbye, adding more positive impressions. They also provided me with one of their loaner vehicles which was a huge convenience considering I didn't have rental coverage with my insurance. Thank Gerber for taking great care of me and my vehicle.

Have gone here twice, the first time was excellent, but the second time they didn't communicate well at all.
